Future must be open models

I don't wanna see a future where the knowledge and reasoning is gate keeped behind the close centeres of choosen few corporate behamoths. It mush be open sourced and free for all, not everyone requires a SOTA coding model which is in the 99nth percentile of the SWE benchmark; most often then not it must have a good grasp of resoning, litrerary tasks and decent enough tool calling capablitlies.

Contrary to that the future seems to be heading where every consumer end machine is gonna end up compute poor (let it be cpu or gpu). Not just for the everyday folk but even for smaller teams
